How long does it take to set up or break down?

In normal situations we can have it set up and broken down in 20 minutes.

Will a moonwalk fit in my backyard?

If you have a somewhat flat area around 18' x 18' with no low hanging tree branches, it will fit.
We rarely have a problem.

Will a water slide or slip n' slide fit in my backyard?

If you have a somewhat flat area about 14' x 35' with no low hanging tree branches, it will fit.
Garden hose needs to reach set-up area.

Do You Deliver and Set up?

YES, we offer free delivery and set up. Limited delivery area.

Do I need a generator?

If you have a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the set up area, a generator is not needed.

Do you require a deposit?

Only on Multi Unit Rentals or Large Events.

What is your weather policy?

If your reservation is cancelled due to inclement weather, your deposit can be applied to a future rental. The deposit credit is good for up to one year. Once equipment is delivered, there will be no rain checks or refunds available.

Can a moonwalk be set up on grass or asphalt?

Yes, Moonwalks can be set up on grass or asphalt. Please let us know if it will be set up on asphalt so we can bring sandbags. We do not set up on gravel or dirt only surfaces. If you’re not sure, please ask at time of scheduling.
